Twaddle — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026 · Operated by Abservetech

Twaddle is a messaging app (chat, voice/video calls, groups, communities, stories, and productivity tools). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

How we use it

To provide and secure the service: deliver your messages and calls, show your profile to people you talk to, send notifications you enable, verify your identity (one-time codes / 2FA), prevent abuse, and provide support.

Sharing & visibility

Your messages are shown to the people and groups you send them to. Your profile (name, username, photo) is visible to people you contact, subject to your privacy settings. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting, push delivery, SMS for verification), or where required by law.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from Settings → Delete account, or by request (see the Account Deletion page). Deletion is permanent.

Security

Passwords are hashed, verification codes are hashed and rate-limited, and traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

Twaddle is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region).

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
